Know who you're really talking to
BeautiStaff places qualified beauticians with employers across the region. Our registered legal entities are based in South Africa and Zimbabwe, but candidates we place come from far beyond those two countries. This page lists our registered offices so you can confirm who you're dealing with before sharing any information or payment.
Reporting unauthorised use
Anyone claiming to represent, operate under, or be affiliated with the BEAUTISTAFF name in South Africa or Zimbabwe must hold our written authorisation. If someone contacts you claiming to act on our behalf and you're unsure of their legitimacy, verify with us directly before going any further.
Our fee policy
BeautiStaff never charges candidates any hidden recruitment or placement fees. Candidates are only ever responsible for legitimate third-party costs — never for our services.

01
Legitimate third-party costs
Where required by law, you may need to cover costs charged directly by outside authorities, not by BeautiStaff:
-
Police clearance
-
Document attestation
-
Medical examinations
-
Practical trade test (if required by the destination country, embassy, or profession)
Requirements and costs vary by destination and are always explained in advance
02
Before you travel
For international deployment, your employer must provide:
-
A valid sponsored work visa
-
A joining flight ticket
BeautiStaff does not support employment under tourist or visit visas
03
Protect yourself
Never make a payment to an unauthorised person.
Report anyone offering work on a tourist/visit visa, requesting undisclosed payments, or misusing the BEAUTISTAFF name.
Report suspected unauthorised use, false representation, or suspicious activity to management@beautistaff.com.
